COVID-19 Statement

A Message from Car Brite Alberta:

With the growing concern around COVID-19 we want to ensure everyone that we are taking the necessary steps to ensure the safety of our customers and employees. We have been closely monitoring the situation and have been enacting guidelines set by our local government to ensure the safety of our employees and customers.

There is a growing global and local concern around COVID-19, and we are doing our best to assist our health care system by flattening the curve and protecting our customers. Though Alberta has relatively few cases and risk of contracting the virus remains low, we are supportive of the government’s measures to reduce the spread of the Corona Virus.

Our employees take care of you, and we are committed to taking care of them. We are providing our employees with the most up to date information and guidelines from government and health authorities to support their well-being.

Car Brite will remain open for business & operating with caution for the protection of our staff and our customers.

We’re still the friendly service providers as you have grown accustomed to; however, we will be adopting the Health & Safety Advisory "no hand-shake" policy until further advised from Alberta Health & Safety. Social spacing is in effect and we are reminding all staff to maintain 6 ft of space between individuals when they communicate with each other.

Employees who have travelled outside of Canada, have had family members who have done so, or have been in proximity to anyone suspected or confirmed of having the virus, are not to return to work and are to self-isolate for 14 days.

Customers who may be experiencing flu-like symptoms, have recently travelled outside of Canada, or have been in contact with someone who may have the virus, we ask you to please self-isolate for the 14 days recommended.

Just like you, we are doing the best that we can to navigate these uncertain times as they continue to evolve. We are working hard to help protect the well-being of our customers and employees. They are facing uncertainty, and we are offering our support, flexibility, and understanding to help manage both their health and peace of mind.
